Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Training

Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Training teaches law enforcement officers, first responders, and other professionals useful skills to respond more effectively to individuals in a behavioral health crisis or with an intellectual and developmental disability. CIT aims to increase safety for both officers and people in crisis and reduce arrests.

This is a closed session for Wilkes and surrounding  county LEO and First Responders. For more information on CIT Trainings in your area please contact our CIT Training Coordinator, Melissa Ledbetter.
