Dr. Craig MartinChief Medical Officer
As Chief Medical Officer at Vaya Health, Dr. Craig M. Martin, M.D., D.L.F.A.P.A., is responsible for the overall clinical vision and programming for the organization.
Prior to his work at Vaya Health, Dr. Martin gained in-depth experience in a variety of clinical psychiatric roles, including chief psychiatrist of the Traumatic Brain Injury/Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Program at Naval Health Clinic New England. His longtime teaching career includes positions at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the University Of Minnesota School Of Medicine, among many others.
Dr. Martin holds degrees from the University of Kansas and Kansas State University and completed post graduate studies at Tulane University. He is board-certified in both general and child psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine. He is also certified in administrative psychiatry by the American Psychiatric Association Committee on Administrative Psychiatry.
