SUMMARY:Child and Family Teams 1 Revised Training (CFT)
DESCRIPTION:This free\, virtual course provides 11 contact hours of training related to System of Care and the CFT process; gives parents\, caregivers\, and professionals an overview of CFT meetings from the family’s perspective; and teaches strategies and facilitation skills to support youth and families. \n\n\n\nTo receive credit for the training\, participants must attend both full days (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) and have their cameras on with audio capability. This training is intended for members/recipients and providers within the Vaya region and network. Only three individuals from each provider organization may register. Attendance is capped at 28 attendees. \n\n\n\nParticipants will receive a link to the training a few days before the event. If you have questions\, email provider.training@vayahealth.com.

SUMMARY:Person-Centered Thinking
DESCRIPTION:This free virtual Person-Centered Thinking training opportunity is a two-day\, 12-hour workshop that introduces the principles and use of person-centered thinking. Vaya trainers will review and discuss the origins\, research\, and values of person-centered thinking. Participants must attend and participate (audio and video) on both days to receive a certificate of completion. Each day will include a 30-minute lunch break. \n\n\n\nIf your organization reserves training slots\, and your employees who signed up cannot attend\, please send another staff member in their place Trainers devote time and resources to the event\, and when you reserve slots and do not attend\, this prevents other organizations from accessing the training. Participants will receive the Microsoft Teams link and training handouts one week prior to the event. Visit Vaya’s Calendar of Events to RSVP online by April 28\, 2026. Registration is required and there are 25 training slots available.
