Vaya respetar\u00e1 sus derechos y se asegurar\u00e1 de que nadie que trabaje para nuestro plan, ni ninguno de nuestros proveedores, le impida hacer uso de sus derechos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<h2 class=\"gb-text\">Sus derechos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como beneficiario Vaya de Servicios Financiados por el Estado, tiene derecho a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ser atendido con respeto, sin tener en cuenta su estado de salud, sexo, raza, color, religi\u00f3n, origen nacional, edad, estado civil, orientaci\u00f3n sexual o identidad de g\u00e9nero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discutir cualquier preocupaci\u00f3n sobre los servicios sin temor a represalias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que le expliquen detalladamente su plan de cuidados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dar su aprobaci\u00f3n para cualquier tratamiento o plan de cuidados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que le informen de sus opciones a la hora de recibir servicios para que usted o su tutor puedan tomar una decisi\u00f3n con conocimiento de causa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rechazar la asistencia y que se le explique a qu\u00e9 se arriesga si lo hace, salvo en situaciones de emergencia, incluido cualquier internamiento involuntario.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recibir informaci\u00f3n sobre las opciones de tratamiento disponibles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedir, si es necesario, que se modifique o corrija su historial m\u00e9dico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aseg\u00farese de que su historial m\u00e9dico es privado y no se compartir\u00e1 con nadie salvo que lo exija la ley, un contrato o con su aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recibir una atenci\u00f3n considerada y respetuosa en un entorno limpio y seguro, sin sujeciones innecesarias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<h2 class=\"gb-text\">Sus responsabilidades<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como beneficiario Vaya de servicios financiados por el Estado, usted se compromete a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trate al personal sanitario con respeto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00edganos si tiene problemas o dudas con alg\u00fan miembro del personal sanitario llamando a la L\u00ednea de Atenci\u00f3n al Afiliado y al Beneficiario al <a href=\"tel:1-800-962-9003\" title=\"\">1-800-962-9003<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No falte a sus citas.
