El Comit\u00e9 de Derechos Humanos (CDH) de Vaya Health ayuda a garantizar la existencia de procesos para proteger los derechos humanos, los derechos civiles y los derechos de los clientes de todos los miembros y beneficiarios de Vaya.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las responsabilidades del CDH?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El comit\u00e9 es responsable de revisar, supervisar y proporcionar informaci\u00f3n sobre las tendencias de las quejas e incidentes, como el uso de intervenciones restrictivas, abusos, negligencia, explotaci\u00f3n, muerte y errores de medicaci\u00f3n. Informa al Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de Vaya y se re\u00fane al menos trimestralmente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
