Oir\u00e1 hablar de un plan adaptado de salud mental y discapacidad intelectual o del desarrollo. Y eso es lo que creemos que debe ser un plan de salud: adaptado a los objetivos y necesidades espec\u00edficos de una persona. En Vaya, lo llamamos Vaya Total Care. Est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para facilitar a los afiliados la obtenci\u00f3n de servicios m\u00e9dicos, atenci\u00f3n de salud conductual y medicamentos con receta, as\u00ed como apoyo y asistencia relacionados con otros factores de la vida que pueden afectar a la salud de una persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La salud de cada persona es \u00fanica. Sabemos que el bienestar va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo que ocurre en la consulta del m\u00e9dico. Su entorno, su sistema de apoyo y los lazos con su comunidad desempe\u00f1an un papel importante.
