A trav\u00e9s de la iniciativa estatal TCL, el personal de Vaya ha apoyado a m\u00e1s de 1.150 adultos con enfermedades mentales graves en su transici\u00f3n desde residencias para adultos (o les ha ayudado a evitar su ingreso en centros institucionales) para que vivan de forma independiente en la comunidad con servicios y apoyos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los \u00faltimos 12 a\u00f1os, Vaya tambi\u00e9n ha ayudado a m\u00e1s de 129 ni\u00f1os y adultos con discapacidades intelectuales o del desarrollo de 32 condados de Carolina del Norte a pasar de entornos institucionales a entornos comunitarios con servicios y ayudas a trav\u00e9s del programa MFP mediante la exenci\u00f3n Innovations.
