El Balsam Center, gestionado por Appalachian Community Services (ACS) y situado en el 91 de Timberlane Road, en Waynesville, ampli\u00f3 su unidad de crisis de 12 a 16 camas y remodel\u00f3 tanto la unidad de crisis como su centro ambulatorio.
