Los formadores de Vaya revisar\u00e1n y discutir\u00e1n los or\u00edgenes, la investigaci\u00f3n y los valores del pensamiento centrado en la persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Los participantes deben asistir y participar (audio y v\u00eddeo) en ambos d\u00edas para recibir un certificado de finalizaci\u00f3n. Cada d\u00eda incluir\u00e1 una pausa de 30 minutos para comer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si su organizaci\u00f3n reserva plazas de formaci\u00f3n y sus empleados inscritos no pueden asistir, env\u00ede a otro miembro del personal en su lugar Los formadores dedican tiempo y recursos al evento, y cuando reservan plazas y no asisten, esto impide que otras organizaciones accedan a la formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los participantes recibir\u00e1n el enlace a Microsoft Teams y los folletos de formaci\u00f3n una semana antes del evento.
