Tambi\u00e9n se incluye la intervenci\u00f3n<br>estrategias de apoyo a la prestaci\u00f3n de cuidados adaptados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es un evento virtual gratuito facilitado por el equipo Vaya Health HEART. CEU se proporcionan a trav\u00e9s de NC Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos. Un correo electr\u00f3nico con una evaluaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 enviado a usted despu\u00e9s del evento.
