The Community Resiliency Model (CRM) teaches community members to manage daily stress—and to help others manage their stress as well. You will learn skills to use during stressful times to improve health and well-being. CRM’s goal is to create communities that share a common understanding of the impact of stress on the body and how wellness can be restored.
