Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid is an 8 hour program teaching participants  the skills needed to help someone who is experiencing distress due to a mental health or substance use challenge or crisis. Participants will learn ways to combat stigma, help in a crisis, and promote wellness. All participants will receive a MHFA manual. There is a 30 minute lunch break. Cancelations received less than 72 hours of the class will not receive a refund. Registration is required. please contact Ashley.cole@vayahealth.com to register
