Pathways to Wellness Retreat 2023 – Alleghany County

The Wilkes Community College and the Alleghany Wellness Coalition present the Pathways to Wellness Retreat for June 2 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Wilkes Community College, Alleghany Center. This free retreat will provide valuable information to our community on relevant mental health and substance use disorder issues such as anxiety and depression. Mental Health First-Aid training, self-care techniques, Narcan Training, and more will also be offered. This retreat is for anyone in the community and has no cost to attend.
