*CLASS FULL* Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Two-day Training in Marion

WRAP® is a prevention and wellness process that anyone can use to get well, stay well, and make their life more the way they want it to be through a series of tools and action plans. It is an evidence-based, self-management and recovery system developed by a group of people with mental health difficulties who struggled to incorporate wellness tools and strategies into their lives. WRAP® is designed to:
• Decrease and prevent intrusive or troubling feelings and behaviors;
• Increase personal choices we make about how we live our lives.
• Improve quality of life and assists people in achieving their live goals and dreams.
