Youth Mental Health First Aid Youth Mental Health First Aid (Youth MHFA) teaches participants how to help adolescents who are in crisis or developing a behavioral health issue. Youth MHFA is particularly useful for adults who work with adolescents, such as educators, coaches or youth pastors.
