FULL- Youth Mental Health First Aid

FULL– Youth Mental Health First Aid USA is a public education program which introduces participants to the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adolescents, builds understanding of the importance of early intervention, and teaches individuals how to help an adolescent in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge.  Participants will learn the risk factors and warning signs of a variety of mental health challenges common among adolescents such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorder. 

This is a virtual training and requires a 2 hour self-study course as a pre-requisite to attend the training. You will receive instructions and a training link one to two weeks before the event. Questions? please contact communityeducation@vayahealth.com .
