Welcome to Vaya
We’re glad you’re here!
We know your health journey won’t always be a straight line – but we’re here to keep you moving forward. At Vaya, our teams work hard to help you live the life you choose. We take a person-centered approach that helps you make choices and take responsibility in the development and implementation of your care plan.
Below, we’ve included links to information about what we do, how we can help you, and what it means to be one of our members. On this page, you can also navigate to our free online resources, find out more about Medicaid, and learn how to get involved in the decisions that impact our communities.
We look forward to learning more about you, your goals, and how we can work together to get you where you want to go. To make the most of your membership, we encourage you to explore our website – starting with the links below.
Find a Provider
Need help finding a healthcare provider? We’ve created an easy-to-use search tool that makes it simple to locate a provider near you who participates in the Vaya Health network.
Anyone living in our region can use our toll-free, 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Line at 1-800-849-6127 to confidentially speak with a trained professional who can provide immediate crisis intervention.
As a Vaya Health member, you are guaranteed certain rights by law. Vaya network providers must respect your rights at all times, provide you with continual education regarding your rights and support you in exercising your rights to the fullest extent possible.
Vaya’s member handbook explains what to do in a crisis, what services may be available under your eligibility and how to access healthcare services. It also includes information on how Vaya can help you pursue recovery, greater community integration, or other life goals.
You can review your member rights and responsibilities in the handbook, including how to report concerns, file an appeal or a grievance, prepare a crisis plan or advance directive, participate in person-centered planning or report fraud or abuse.
All health starts with mental health. We’re here to help you find the care you need.
Substance Use Recovery
Recovery is real. At Vaya, we see you as a person, not a diagnosis.
Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities
What matters to you matters to us. Our goal is to help you live your best life.
Whether you’re looking for housing, work, transportation, food, or other social supports, help is only a search or phone call away.
Your Voice Matters
We want to hear from our communities—including you! Our CFAC and HRC groups help us decide what’s important to the people we serve. If you’re passionate about improving the behavioral health care system, consider joining a committee.
Vaya’s HRC helps ensure the protection of our members’ human rights, civil rights and client rights. They are responsible for reviewing information about alleged rights violations, grievances, the use of restrictive interventions or claims that needed services were not provided.
A membership application can be found here.
Join Vaya Health in supporting local businesses and member employment. Many of our Vaya members with intellectual/developmental disabilities run their own microenterprises, or small businesses, that give them income, independence, and a purpose.
