The Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Member Advisory Committee provides stakeholder input and advice about the LTSS covered by Vaya, including care provided in the home, in community-based settings, or in facilities such as nursing homes.
The committee meets all requirements of 42 C.F.R. § 438.110.
What does a LTSS member do?
The LTSS Member Advisory Committee reviews and provides feedback on relevant Vaya reports. The committee’s input serves as an early warning system for emerging issues related to member experience and quality of care. Vaya’s Quality Management Department reviews any specific committee concerns and helps coordinate resolutions, refers issues for investigations as needed, and reports to Vaya’s Quality Improvement Committee.
