Rowan County Child and Family Teams (CFT) I Training

Este curso presencial gratuito ofrece 11 horas de contacto de capacitación relacionadas con el Sistema de Cuidado y el proceso de CFT; brinda a los profesionales una descripción general de las reuniones de CFT desde la perspectiva de la familia; y enseña estrategias y habilidades de facilitación para apoyar a los jóvenes y a las familias.
To receive credit for the training, participants must attend both full days from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Rowan Community College. This training is intended for members/recipients and providers within the Vaya region and network. Only three individuals from each provider organization may register. Attendance is capped at 28 attendees.
Participants will receive training handouts and location information a few days before the event. Please register each individual attending separately. If you have questions, email provider.training@vayahealth.com.
