Participants will learn about the causes, symptoms, and long-term effects of TBI, including who is at higher risk and why early identification and intervention are critical. The training explains how TBI affects the brain and body, how to recognize warning signs, and what treatment and recovery options are available. It also emphasizes the importance of mental health, lifestyle changes, and accessing local and national support resources.
