Vaya Health values your input. We want the communities we serve to have the resources they need. Our listening sessions are one way community members can share feedback. We want to hear about challenges and opportunities with the services and supports we manage.
Member Moments
Member Moments events associated with the May/June 2025 listening session series have concluded. Details about future Member Moments related to other topics will be posted on our calendar of events when they are scheduled, and any Member Moments for future listening sessions will be highlighted on this webpage.
Member Moments are casual, in-person events that allow community members to share feedback about what is working well and what needs improvement. Staff also shares information about ways members can participate in stakeholder groups that advise Vaya, and how to access care and resources. Attendees may drop by at any point during the events. These events are created for members, recipients, families, and caregivers but are open to the public.

Virtual Community Listening Sessions
Vaya Health periodically hosts listening sessions to invite you to voice your thoughts about ways to build a healthier community. At these sessions, you can share your community’s needs and learn how Vaya can work with you to move forward together. June 2025 Listening Sessions have concluded. We will post future sessions here.
