Permanent Supported Housing Training (PSH)
Description of Permanent Supported Housing Training
PSH virtual training provides an interactive learning experience focused on identifying and understanding the phases of tenancy for individuals transitioning from homelessness and institutional care. Sixteen hours of instruction are delivered across two full day sessions.
Participants benefit from lectures, discussions, and breakout small group activities designed to build skills that support individuals in understanding their motivation and readiness for change, fostering long term success in independent living.
PSH training was initially developed for ACTTs and CSTs, and registration is prioritized for these professionals. However, additional attendees are welcome, as space allows, with a maximum capacity of 25 participants.
Participants must register individually using their own email address to ensure they receive all communications directly. Registration on behalf of another participant is not permitted, as this may lead to gaps in communication.
If you experience any technical issues, please contact provider.training@vayahealth.com and include PSH in the subject line for assistance.
Mark your calendars for June 22nd to June 23rd, 2026, and register today to join Vaya’s dynamic team of housing experts for the next Permanent Supportive Housing Training.
The Microsoft Teams link will be sent approximately one week before the training session.
