Other ways to share your feedback
If you cannot attend a listening session, there are other ways to share your feedback:
- Member Moments are casual, in-person events that allow community members to share feedback about what is working well and what needs improvement. Staff also share information about ways members can participate in stakeholder groups that advise Vaya, and how to access care and resources. Find information about upcoming Member Moments on our Calendar of Events.
- Complete our community survey.
- Email your comments to listening@vayahealth.com. Please do not include sensitive or protected health information.
- Call 1-800-893-6246 and ask to speak with the Member Engagement Team.
