How to Access Member Services

Vaya Health manages all of your Medicaid services in one place. If you are sick, experiencing a behavioral health crisis, or need other health care services, choose one of the options below. (In a life-threatening emergency, always call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.)

If you are not sure who to call or have other questions, call Member and Recipient Services toll-free at 1-800-962-9003 (TTY 711), Monday-Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Your Primary Care Provider

If you are sick or need non-emergency care for your physical health, call your primary care provider (PCP). Your PCP’s name and number are listed on your Vaya ID card. Your PCP can connect you to specialists or other health care providers who can deliver any additional services you may need.

If you need information about your PCP or want to change your PCP, call Member and Recipient Services at 1-800-962-9003.

Behavioral Health Crisis Line

If you are experiencing thoughts of hurting yourself or others, emotional or mental pain or distress, or another type of mental health or substance use disorder emergency, call our Behavioral Health Crisis Line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-800-849-6127 (TTY 711). This is a toll-free call. You will talk to someone who will listen, help, and discuss options for your care. (If you or someone else is in danger or needs medical attention, call 911.)
