Celebrating Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month: Spotlighting Foy Artwork

March marks Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, a time to promote inclusion, celebrate achievements, and highlight the importance of equal opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. This year’s theme, “A World of Opportunities,” encourages us to create an environment where every individual can thrive, regardless of ability.

At Vaya Health, we recognize the incredible talents and entrepreneurial spirit of individuals with developmental disabilities. That’s why we’re spotlighting a new addition to our Microenterprise Directory — Foy Artwork, created by Dustin Burgess.

Dustin Burgess, the owner of Foy Artwork, specializes in woodburning – transforming drawings into unique pyrography pieces.

His passion for art began in high school, where he experimented with various mediums, ultimately finding his niche in intricate woodburning designs.

Each of his handcrafted pieces reflects dedication, creativity, and craftsmanship.
