Depressive symptoms often present themselves through feelings of isolation, hopelessness, and despair. In this course, we examine different types, common causes, symptoms and treatment methods for depression focusing on moving from a place of simply surviving to one of thriving.
Chronic diseases can be challenging to manage. Come and learn ways to help the care recipient cope with the emotional and behavioral symptoms that sometimes accompany these medical conditions.
