Stokes Partnership for Children (SPC) will celebrate the national Week of the Young Child with the twentieth annual Little Folks Festival. The purpose of the Week of the Young Child is to focus public attention on the needs of young children and their families and to recognize the early childhood programs and services that meet those needs, especially programs and services that help a child enter school ready to succeed.
