ADCNC Outerbanks Conference 2023

The Alcohol/Drug Council of North Carolina (ADCNC) hosts this historic event each year, which convenes multidisciplinary professionals and community members to identify challenges and recommend solutions. The list of recommendations is submitted to State Leadership and utilized in engagements with decision makers throughout the year. We have an incredible line-up of speakers and facilitators to drive our interactive discussions. The theme of this year’s conference is, “Strategic Transformation”.

They are a small organization, with a vision to be the entity in NC that ensures access to quality, relevant, respectful behavioral health care. They strive to ensure every person in NC needing substance use disorder treatment receives it.

Over the last year, they have been working to enhance and improve our systems to meet the increased demand for care. They launched new ways to connect individuals to resources and will soon launch a resource portal allowing people to access resources in the privacy of their own homes. Vaya will be sponsoring this event and promoting it to anyone who may be interested.
