Annual Safe Kids Bicycle Rodeo and Safety Say- Wilkes County

The Annual Safe Kids Wilkes County Bicycle Rodeo and Safety Day to increase awareness of childhood hazards, educate children and caregivers on bicycle and pedestrian safety, review bicycle laws, free bicycle helmet distribution, and a bicycle safety course. There is also a Medication Take Back Event, where community members can dispose of any unused or expired medications.

Vendors will include hospitals, law enforcement, pharmacies, doctors’ offices, etc., who may provide our community with health, wellness, and safety education materials/services.
