Grupo Poder y Esperanza, a program of Mental Health Transformation Alliance, (a 501c3 non-profit organization) focused on providing leadership skills, advocacy, information and support to Hispanic/Latino families with exceptional children, youth and adults so that they can have the services and support they need to live in the community as independently as possible, is proud to announce that it will be hosting the first annual Let’s Talk About Different Abilities Conference on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 10:00 am to 5:00pm
