Red Ribbon Week 2023 – Mitchell and Yancey County

Red Ribbon Week is a week to create substance use awareness and prevention. A Mental Health specialist, Dr. Julia Garcia will visit the middle and high schools in Mitchell and Yancey County to discuss their mental health, substance use prevention, school culture, and overcoming adversity.
