The event will bring together mental health professionals, substance misuse experts, policymakers, and community members to raise awareness and promote education about the importance of mental health and substance misuse resources. The event will feature keynote speaker, Tony Hoffman, one of the most requested mental health and substance misuse speakers in the country. Following the keynote speaker, attendees will be able to participate in a Naloxone training and engage in vendor exhibits.
A Transitions to Adulthood Fair will also be offered by the Polk County School’s Exceptional Children’s Department and Polk County Health and Human Services Agency’s Innovative Approaches Program.
