Reconnect for Resilience ™ training is a strengths-based, somatic program.
Participants are given the “owner’s manual” to the body’s safety and threat
system and learn to use their own natural ability to manage stress.
Reconnect for Resilience ™ is 14 hours, which is an investment of time.
