ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Vaya Health is conducting a survey to find out what people living in western North Carolina think about the availability of services for mental health needs, substance use issues and intellectual or developmental disabilities in their local communities.
The Community Needs Assessment Survey gives you the opportunity to tell us what services are needed locally and share other information that is important to you. The 2019 survey is available through Friday, April 19.
