The Clay County Smart Start / Local Interagency Coordinating Council Team is hosting a Children’s Fair. The team invites you to join them on Saturday, October 22 at the ball fields. The Children's Fair will offer families and their young children activities and parents an opportunity to gather information from local community resources.
