Vaya Health knows that more goes into health and well-being than what happens inside the doctor’s office. Beginning July 1, Vaya Total Care members can access a new suite of value-added services, known as Vaya Total Care Perks. These perks are designed to support members, helping them manage their health and well-being more comprehensively and effectively.
Vaya Total Care Perks offers a range of services at no additional cost to Vaya Tailored Care Medicaid members. These services address various needs, from educational support to health incentives and non-medical transportation. Vaya Total Care Perks aligns with Vaya’s mission to help people get the support they need to live the life they choose. By offering these services, Vaya empowers members to take control of their health and well-being.
